@SGallagher_2 @SamsungUS Imagine being a Samsung technician but not having the parts needed to repair a Samsung appliance. Same thing happened to me. Plus when they came back & completed the repair, the refrigerator stayed cool for approximately 24 hrs. We've had to throw away tons of food twice.

@Tahjadore @SamsungUS Our brand new (delivered 4/25) refrigerator never cooled long enough to even have issues with the ice maker but like you, @SamsungUS is using every delay tactic to NOT provide a refund for their defective product.

@Washb81113Clive @SamsungUS Same issue. They'll try to continue to send technicians out and even after their technician determines that it cannot be repaired, they will do everything not to refund you.
