@bworldph You can't give what you don't have. Don't blame @ManilaWaterPH and @maynilad for water rationing. They have a limited allocation from NWRB w/c has to manage our low raw water supply. Kaliwa will fix that, hopefully before population reaches critical mass.
@XyzOrbon@bworldph@ManilaWaterPH@maynilad Exactly. Sabi nga ni @IamMVP ang mahirap sa negosyo ng public utilities ay napapansin agad ang publiko ang epekto ng mag isyu sa mga utilities na ito at nagagalit sila agad dahil hindi sila aware sa 'big picture'.
The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) said on Tuesday that it is able to retain its water allocation of 50 cubic meters per second (cms) for Metro Manila from the National Water Resources Board (NWRB).

Ironic that @Meralco tries to get the cheapest electricity but gets blamed for the high prices by laymen unaware that the electricity runs on expensive imported fuel, so they just blame Meralco's monopoly which is totally unrelated.
@inquirerdotnet@meralco tries to get the cheapest electricity but it still comes out expensive and has nothing to do with Meralco's monopoly but with the cost of the imported fuel used. In this case, coal.
@bworldph When our service gets interrupted it's tempting to think @Maynilad isn't doing anything. But it's the other way around. The interruption is because Maynilad is working on something like maintaining all these systems.
To those who think water should be cheap 'cos it's all around us, go ahead and do w/o @Maynilad's facilities. Too bad the money you save will go to transport and hospital bills. Or worse.
MAYNILAD WATER Services, Inc. said on Monday that it would allocate P4 billion to upgrade and rehabilitate 22 of its existing pumping stations and reservoirs.

@cath_talavera I never heard of this. Talk about efficiency. From waste to building material, all manufactured within the facilty where it will be used. @maynilad
@MaamSyj He's right about one thing: Now that the Old Man has stepped down, all his abuses are out in the open and he retains only a fraction of his former power to silence these revelations. Truly we are understanding the magnitude of what he has done TO the nation.
