🇺🇸🇮🇱 Israel thought Trump's "America First" policy would have an asterisk next to their name.

But that exception is dying in real time.

JD Vance became the face of it, telling Israel it has almost no friends left in the world and shouldn't be picking fights with the one it has.

The clearest proof is in the calendar. Netanyahu visited the White House 5 times in 2025. Once in 2026. Right now, there isn't a single future visit scheduled.

Trump called Netanyahu "f---ing crazy" earlier this month. Weeks later, at the G7, he said "without me there would be no Israel."

Netanyahu's office wants this to be a Vance problem, not a Trump problem. Israeli state TV has gone as far as calling Vance "scum."

Natan Sachs of the Middle East Institute says that's a dangerous misread: "At the leadership level there is deep concern, but they are underestimating the severity of the moment."

Israel keeps waiting for Vance to disappear. He's not disappearing. He's running for president, and this is his pitch.

“Today, approximately 1.8 million Jewish children of school age live in the United States, but only a small portion of them study in Jewish educational institutions.

No other group of people gets this type of treatment! This would be akin to China investing in Communist centric schools in the U.S. to combat anti-communism.

Why should the U.S. have anything other than U.S. educational institutions?
