@ElenimoC@anthonychitete_ My point is that its needless. Apart from the satisfying the holier than thou attitude that the masses so conveniently proclaim. I would love to see evidence of the higher morals of a coutry( i.e low curruption e.t.c, ) benefitting from these laws.
@ElenimoC@anthonychitete_ Its not just one, and my argument is that it is right to miss these deviations! The law shouldnot busy itself with the voyeuristic and partnelistic role of being a public moral monitor.
@ElenimoC@anthonychitete_ Malawi's public morality has been on lifesupport for years without the aid of the homosexuals I doubt if the confirmation of their illegality solvea any glaring public moral issues

Adultery was me just showing how adultery which I would think is a far worse moral sin, is not criminalised. Which means that disorder and moral reprehensibility in themselves do not validity criminalisation
