Public speaking isn't talking.
It's leadership in real time.
Knowing when to pause.
When to laugh.
When to challenge.
When to stay silent.
That's the art.

People ask how I built what I have.
The truth?
It took fifteen years of paying attention.
Listening.
Making mistakes.
Learning.
The app I'm building today isn't a summer project.
It's fifteen years in the making.
Here's something I wish I understood years ago:
Just because someone has authority...
doesn't mean they're perfect.
Learn to separate the role from the person.
It'll save you a lot of unnecessary bitterness.
The biggest breakthroughs in my life have always started the same way:
Not with better strategies.
With better systems.
Faith.
Family.
Fitness.
Business.
Everything else grows from those foundations.
Seth caught up with me again for part 3 of our interview series, and this time we got into the three subjects my house always drilled into me growing up. I talk about why I care wholeheartedly about being Canadian and the homage I pay to the sacrifices my family made to get me here. Appreciate Seth for asking the real questions โ let me know in the comments what your family always pushed you to prioritize.
One conversation almost made me walk away from my faith.
Not because I stopped believing.
Because I was deeply hurt by a person.
Then I realized something:
Never let someone's imperfections become the reason you abandon your principles.
Experience creates knowledge.
Applied knowledge creates success.
Every mistake I made in business became part of the blueprint I'm building today.
Don't waste your failures.
I used to think fitness was about lifting weights.
Now I know it's about three things:
โข Nutrition
โข Movement
โข Recovery
The workout is only a tiny fraction of your week.
The system matters more than the session.
Holding onto grudges? It's easy to say you let go, but true space is needed to process anger. Sometimes, a few hours of silence turn into daysโand that's okay. Releasing emotions takes time. #SelfAwareness#EmotionalHealth
This Is Why Drama Can Be SO Useful (Part 2)
in this part 2, I break down why drama can actually be so useful โ from building a character (whether I'm playing a nephew, a niece, or a dad) to figuring out what a real interaction should actually look like. It's not just about acting for me, it's about the process behind it. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
Sometimes the biggest threat to your peace is not what someone said.
It is the conversation you keep replaying after they said it.
The moment happened once.
Do not let your mind make you live through it every day.
She was dancing. She was laughing. She looked happy.
She died by suicide just 12 hours after this video was recorded.
Pain is not always visible. Someone can smile, laugh, show up, and still be struggling more deeply than anyone realizes.
Check in on the people you loveโnot only when they seem upset, but also when they seem โfine.โ
Ask twice. Listen without judgment. Remind them they do not have to carry everything alone.
If this video brings something up for you, please reach out to someone you trust or contact a crisis support service in your area.
A child does not need another adult reminding them what is wrong with them.
They need someone who can see who they are capable of becomingโand refuses to give up on that person.
Seth Interviewed Me on What I'd Add to Every School in Canada (Part 1)
Seth caught me on camera and asked me one question: what would I add to every school in Canada if I could? Here's my honest answer. This is Part 1 of a 5-part series, so there's more to come.
