FYI if you have an active Amazon Prime membership and you get an email that looks like this, it is a phishing-type scam. From the sender's domain it looks like it originated in Romania. Always be sure to read the fine print with these messages!
Hi @askSageUKI - can you advise when a full account of the cause of this outage, how it was resolved and when (as there are still problems), and what steps have been taken to prevent re-occurrence will be published?
I find it hard to believe that after FOUR DAYS, the cause of this issue is still unknown. It's certainly not fixed.
Why can you never be transparent about these problems?
If, as you say below, you are not able to identify a cause, how can you possibly know that there's no breach?
Both of those statements cannot be simultaneously true.

Sage are saying "For most customers, our Sage Drive service is working as expected". Im very interested to see if this is the case. If you use Sage Drive could you answer the poll please?
Hi @askSageUKI - can you direct us to an explanation of exactly what happened, what steps were taken to rectify the issue and what has been done to stop it happening again.
The Sage Drive service has failed a few times recently and I can't find a post-mortem on any of those
@sageuk @askSageUKI I think your customers deserve a detailed explanation of the fault and what is causing the #sagedrive issues.Vague copy/paste updates are not acceptable.Has there been a breach of user data? Our business is crippled as a result of this incompetence.Sort it out
Why do you always do this? All my customers using SageDrive still have problems.
Every. Single. One.
Yet the official line is always to pretend it's fixed when you're being told left and right that it isn't!
Yes @askSageUKI - when will this be resolved? You haven't updated your status page since 10:30 this morning and the issues with Sage Drive started yesterday morning,
@sageuk What on earth is going on with Sage Drive? I have lost two days work because of this. I hope everyone effected is going to get some compensation?
When you go to the #NHS do you expect your details to be *routinely* handed to a credit reference agency (@Experian) for checks?
Patients' details at some Trusts have been handed over for years, and now we find @NHSEngland / @NHSImprovement want a whole bunch more to do it!
