NBA Commissioner Adam Silver issued the following statement today regarding the passing of Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke:
“We are devastated to learn of the passing of Brandon Clarke. As one of the longest-tenured members of the Grizzlies, Brandon was a beloved teammate and leader who played the game with enormous passion and grit. Our thoughts and sympathies are with Brandon’s family, friends and the Grizzlies organization.”
MUST WATCH: Trey Kaufman-Renn talked about why it was important for him to stay at #Purdue all four years when that's become more rare in college basketball.
Some really wise words from 23-year-old.
"You may get more money, but what's the dollar amount on the relationships that I've built? What's the dollar amount on the values that I've learned?"
Draymond Green called @kenyonmartinsr an “underachiever”. It was that word in particular that struck a nerve with him. It was his son @kenyonmartinjr who initially told Kenyon what happened. At first he wanted to responded differently… more personal, but he chose another route.
Kenyon will never be an underachiever. He started from the bottom, & changed his family’s lives for generation. In many ways he overachieved.

Draymond: “I got a secret—but if I tell you… you can’t do nothing about it, all right? I got the ball from when you broke the USA scoring record.”
Kevin Durant: “Why do you got that, though, dog? That’s crazy!”
Draymond: “Somebody had to keep it.”
