@kheyduk @NSF when the panel opens, we can see how everyone else scored all of the applications (usually 3 per applicant) and conflicts are discussed to find a resolution. POs say what to discuss. I had 20+ applications to review when I've done it. It takes a while to score and comment
@kheyduk @NSF There's some training, but not a ton, includes some implicit bias training, examples of good and bad things, not using/identifying gendered language, other things I'm probably forgetting.
I am looking for synthetic tetraploids in wheat, preferably, but any species would work. Any ideas? I am also interested in the cotton ploidy system, but I have not come across any sources for obtaining synthetic tetraploids in the US. @JonathanFWendel, any suggestions?
