For goodness sake @British_Airways We called the dedicated Exec Club line. After 1 hour, you hung up on us. We called back & have been holding for 50mins. Even allowing for the pandemic, nearly 2 hours on hold to make a new booking is garbage. Your self-serve app is rubbish too.
