1/3 Cleaners are rarely seen. The work performed is not reassuring and could hardly be described as "cleaning". Ever seen the condition of the ir filters by the way?

3/3 We are not permitted to prevent transient riders / passengers without PPE from boarding and sitting nearby. Regarding the CDC, isolating ranks 3rd (vs PPE 5th) according to the NIOSH Hierarchy of Controls, which they've cited. #cdc #NIOSH

@iggieblue7 Zero. Throughout this pandemic, crews have received ONE anti-splash type mask and 8-10 wipes. No gloves, no additional supplies. Crews reported seeing almost NO cleaning activity aboard trains. The request to simply section off a small area for crew was denied as well. Typical

@TamiNoAngel87 @Metrolink Hi there Tami! The agency uses a different calculation than you or I. They start counting after giving themselves a 30 minute "best effort" window. This is done to curb any feelings of failure or incompetence. Maintaining a healthy work life is key to our mutual success!
