@XfinitySupport first it’s my dns. Then my modem is too old. Next there’s an issue being resolved in my area by a crew and marked resolved. Now asking if I have a boot file. What else can we blame? 4 hrs no internet.
@XfinitySupport it’s not an outage. Just an unplanned service interruption with no internet service that we can’t give you any timeframe when it will be fixed.
