Two deputy secretaries, three chief legal counsels and four chiefs of staff in TWO years. That was the culture in Jena Griswold’s office in 2021. The office paid $25k of TAXPAYER dollars to a consulting firm for a report and findings. The office now says they don’t have the report to hand over for a records request. This is the woman running for AG this fall, yikes.

Former employees allege Griswold didn’t retain the report as it had findings that could reflect negatively on her. Today is the deadline for the SOS office to turn over the documents or be held in contempt. What’s going to be the outcome….. this could be a massive story so stay tuned!

🚨 BOMBSHELL NEW HHS REPORT JUST DROPPED!

Colorado: Read this.

The bombshell HHS report released TODAY investigated insurance billing surrounding pediatric “gender medicine.”

Here’s what HHS found nationwide:
💰 Approximately $50 MILLION in puberty-blocker claims for kids ages 9–17 billed using nonspecific endocrine-disorder codes — without a gender diagnosis or precocious-puberty diagnosis on the claim.

💰 Nearly $11 MILLION MORE in puberty-blocker claims for kids ages 13–17 billed using a diagnosis for precocious puberty — a diagnosis HHS says is unexpected at those ages.

And Colorado is in the report.

🏥 CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL COLORADO appears among the organizations in the first claims cohort.

🏥 KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN COLORADO appears among the organizations in the second.

And now comes accountability:
⚖️ Vice President JD Vance and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have referred hospitals and clinics identified by the report to the Department of Justice and HHS Inspector General for possible violations of federal law.

For years now, some hospitals and healthcare providers have been subjecting children to horrific, experimental treatments in service of radical gender ideologies. Today, thanks to the Wolves in White Coats report released by @HHSGov, we know why: profit. It turns out that convincing vulnerable children to reject their gender can create patients for life, earning hospitals tens of thousands of dollars in additional revenue per child.

The report contains deeply disturbing allegations, and I encourage every American and every parent, to read it. More than just pushing these procedures on kids, hospitals and providers may have been defrauding Medicaid and private insurers by using misleading or fraudulent billing codes to get insurance to cover the costs.

This is the minor trans surgery pipeline and DOJ is now investigating all of the fraud. Because our tax dollars paid for it.
