GROW BIGGER BICEPS AND BACK: The chin-up (close-grip, pull ups, palms-up) is more effective for biceps because it works the muscle around two joints (elbow and shoulder), leading to a more complete contraction.
COMPARED THIS TO CURLS which only work the elbow.
CHIN UPS ARE a compound movement activating major upper body muscles, stimulating growth more effectively than isolation curls by engaging biceps from both ends for uniform development, similar to gymnasts’ physiques.
