@Pup_N_Taco@JamesTate121 Your the one ignoring the current crime spree to focus on 2 1/2 years ago. And still don't see any difference in severity between the two.
Call your senators and representatives now, and tell them you want them to reject Trump’s entire “settlement” — including both the $1.8 billion slush fund and his IRS immunity.
Dial (202) 224-3121.

ICE’s training program should've never been cut to start with. Teaching recruits to violate the Constitution & endanger American lives is never OK. I’m grateful to whistleblowers like Mr. Schwank for alerting my office & spotlighting this deficient program.https://t.co/oBHKKBpKwF
@Pup_N_Taco@JamesTate121 Anyone still talking about Hunter's pardon when while ignoring the current blatant corruption needs to have it pointed out to them.
@Pup_N_Taco@JamesTate121 A weak excuse for Trump selling pardons is to wave Whataboutism and false equivalence in front of everyone.
Without making any distinctions between the two, at all.
Republicans just rejected our measure to permanently block Donald Trump’s $1.8 billion slush fund for insurrectionist cop-beaters. It’s horrifying.
Every single Republican is now on record protecting this egregious corruption scheme. We cannot trust Todd Blanche, Donald Trump’s personal attorney, when he says the fund is “dead.” We must assert Congressional oversight and rein in this out-of control administration.
@BeyondTheRealm0@orfyyn@RBReich Journalism doesn't take sides? Really? Fox, OAN, and Sinclair come to mind.
Are you equally bothered by them or are they just more aligned with your perceptions? And if journalism is actually pressured by a corrupt authoritarian isn't that taking sides?
@Pup_N_Taco@JamesTate121 Yes he did. To protect his son from the corrupt, partisan Trump DOJ.
If you had kids you'd wisely and correctly have done the same.
Trump's selling pardons.
Now tell us, which one is worse.
They just made Kurt Olsen (the lawyer who helped Trump try to overturn the 2020 election) a senior attorney at the DOJ
The guy who drafted Texas v. Pennsylvania to toss millions of votes
Now he's in the Office of Legal Counsel
This isn't staffing. This is a hostage situation!
Yes I sold paintings. About $225,000 a year over four years. The whole of my business while my father was President. Congress investigated it.
If you’re outraged about that, where is all your outrage now?
Kushner's Affinity Partners holds roughly $5 to $6 billion. Close to 99% of it comes from foreign sovereign wealth funds. Saudi Arabia. The UAE. Qatar. Over $90M in fees annually.
🚨 REPORT: Federal judges have ruled that ICE has violated the law in over 10,000 cases.
Judges appointed by Trump are ruling against the administration.
Pay attention.
Late last night the Trump-packed Supreme Court issued an UNSIGNED order to help Republicans erase Black voters and keep a congressional seat.
The Court's legitimacy is earned and they are burning it to the ground.
MAGA is rigging our democracy in real time!
The Acting Attorney General — and Trump’s criminal defense lawyer — claimed that he had settled Trump’s suit against the IRS by holding Trump, his family and businesses immune from audit.
That would protect $100 million of the president’s potentially fraudulent tax claims.
But this corrupt act of self-dealing will never withstand legal scrutiny. Hopefully the court will strike it down. If not, a future IRS must refuse to honor this sham agreement.
