Incidentally, there are rumors that one of the reasons behind the government reshuffle was that the United States allegedly asked Ukraine to urgently replace its ambassador to Washington, Olha Stefanishyna, with Yuliia Svyrydenko, with whom U.S. officials have reportedly developed a strong working relationship over the past year.

The alleged reason for the replacement is a corruption investigation. According to the claims, NABU and SAPO are investigating a case involving ARMA (Ukraine's National Agency for Asset Recovery and Management), in which Stefanishyna is reportedly involved.

Earlier, media outlets reported that individuals allegedly connected to Stefanishyna's inner circle had received management rights over four major real estate properties through ARMA, including the Trade Unions Building on Kyiv's Independence Square.

According to these reports, NABU and SAPO are investigating the case. Stefanishyna recently traveled to Ukraine, met with President Zelensky, and reportedly requested to step down "for personal reasons." Some media outlets claim that NABU is expected to formally notify her of suspicion in the near future.

With multiple problems piling up, some "geniuses" in the Presidential Office allegedly came up with what they believed was a foolproof plan—"more reliable than a Swiss watch." According to the author, it looked something like this:

- Relaunch the government under the banner of preparing the country for what is expected to be the most difficult winter in history, doing so just before parliament's recess and the holiday season so the controversy would gradually fade from public attention.
- Send Svyrydenko to Washington while quietly removing Fedorov from the Ministry of Defense at the request of Syrskyi and certain defense industry enterprises.
- At the same time, clean up scandals surrounding the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Klymenko) and the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development (Kuleba).
- Redistribute and split up several ministries among different "groups of influence" in order to satisfy certain wealthy interests.

But, as we now know, the plan reportedly went somewhat off the rails—as often happens with poorly conceived plans driven by personal interests rather than the country's development.

The author concludes by saying:

«"I absolutely do not believe any of this happened without Zelensky's knowledge, because he had direct involvement in at least half of these decisions (Svyrydenko, Stefanishyna, and Fedorov). Nor do I believe he is unaware of high-level corruption within his closest circle—even if he is not personally involved in it. Therefore, I believe this is ultimately his direct responsibility."»

🇺🇦🇮🇹 42-year-old Italian volunteer Alex Pineschi was killed while defending Ukraine near Lyman, according to reports from fellow foreign volunteers and Ukrainian media.

Before coming to Ukraine, Pineschi had spent years in conflict zones in Syria and Iraq, where he fought against ISIS and worked as an instructor. He later said that he joined Ukraine’s defense because he had found “a cause worth risking everything for.”

Reports say he was serving with a Ukrainian reconnaissance and drone unit and was killed alongside his comrades on May 23.

Alex became one of many foreign volunteers who left behind their ordinary lives to stand with Ukraine against Russia’s invasion. His story is a reminder that this war has drawn people from around the world who believed Ukraine’s fight was also a fight for freedom.

Honor, respect, and gratitude to a man who chose to stand with Ukraine.

This prisoner exchange was a condition for the ceasefire—and, consequently, for Ukraine’s agreement not to attack the parade in Moscow.

Trump, too, announced on Truth Social: a ceasefire plus an exchange of 1,000 prisoners on each side.

🇵🇱 16 years since the Smolensk Air Disaster

On April 10th, 2010, the Polish presidential plane crashed near Smolensk North Airport, killing all 96 people on board.

Among them was the President of Poland, Lech Kaczyński, along with his wife, the Chief of the General Staff, along with the heads of all branches of the Polish Armed Forces, senior government officials, members of parliament, and key figures of Poland’s political and intellectual elite.

They were on their way to commemorate the victims of the 1940 Katyn massacre in which 22 000 Polish officers were murdered by Soviet secret police.

The shock reshaped Polish politics for years. It deepened internal divisions, fueled distrust toward Russia, and became a defining trauma in modern Polish history.

The official investigation concluded the crash was caused by pilot error and poor weather conditions.

But the story didn’t end there.

Alternative investigations, backed by parts of the Polish political establishment, argued that the crash may not have been accidental, pointing to possible involvement of Russian special services.

What further fueled suspicion is that several individuals connected to the investigation or re-investigation later died under unclear or controversial circumstances.

For example:

- Remigiusz Muś — a technician who was among the first witnesses to events at Smolensk, was found dead in 2012 in what was officially ruled a suicide.

- Sławomir Petelicki — the first commander of the famous Polish special forces unit GROM, who had criticized aspects of the investigation, died in 2012 from a self-inflicted gunshot.

Until this day, the Russian authorities haven't returned the wreckage despite Polish demands.
