🚿 Daily hygiene supports both health and confidence. Regular bathing or showering helps remove bacteria, sweat, and dirt that can lead to skin irritation and body odor—especially for students participating in physical activity or sports.
Handwashing is one to stay healthy. Washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds removes germs that cause colds, flu, and illnesses. You should wash before eating, after using the restroom, and after coughing or sneezing. These habits make a difference in keeping healthy.
