ಈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಕಳವಳಕಾರಿ. ಜನರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತುವವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸೆಯಿಂದ ಮೌನಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದು ಪ್ರಜಾಸತ್ತಾತ್ಮಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮಣಿಯದೆ ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.

Dr. Nizamuddin Khan, State President of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Uttar Pradesh, has condemned the demolition proceedings initiated by the Rampur Development Authority against Mohammad Ali Jauhar University, calling them politically motivated due to its association with senior leader Azam Khan. He said any technical or administrative irregularities should be addressed through existing legal provisions, including compounding fees and penalties, rather than demolition.

Dr. Nizamuddin Khan said demolishing an educational institution jeopardizes the future of thousands of students and should never be the first course of action. He questioned whether similar action would be taken against thousands of other buildings with alleged construction violations across Uttar Pradesh, stressing that the law must be enforced uniformly. SDPI urged the Allahabad High Court to take suo motu cognizance and immediately stay the demolition proceedings to ensure a fair judicial process.

ಹಿರಿಯೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 3:: ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷ ತೀವ್ರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ (SIR) ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕುರಿತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹಿರಿಯೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಜನಜಾಗೃತಿ ಸಮಾವೇಶ���ನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅನೇಕ ಅರ್ಹ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗುವ ಅಪಾಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದೆ. ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಯಾರೂ ಹೊರಗುಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

SIR ಎನ್ಯೂಮರ��ಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಭರ್ತಿ, ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಅರಿವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮನೆಮನೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ಮುಂದುವರಿದು ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತದಾರರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದೆ. ‘Logical Discrepancy’ ಎಂಬ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮತದಾರರನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗುಳಿಸುವ ಅಪಾಯವಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆತಂಕವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತದಂತಹ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಕ್ಷರಸ್ಥರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಐ ಆಧಾರಿತ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಲವರು ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ‘Logical Discrepancy’ ಅಂಶವನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಡುವಂತೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದೆ.

��ಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ನಾಯಕರು, SIR ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕಾದ ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕು ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಹೋರಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯೂರು ಜಾಮಿಯಾ ಮಸೀದಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮುನೀರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲಾ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್‌ಡಿಪಿಐ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸಗೀರ್ ಅಹ್ಮದ್, ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಮೀರ್, ಜಾಮಿಯಾ ಮಸೀದಿ ಧರ್ಮಗುರುಗಳು, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ನೂರಾರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.

Massive SIR Awareness Convention Held in Hiriyur: Warning Against Attempts to Deny Voting Rights

Hiriyur, July 3: A massive public awareness convention was organized in Hiriyur to educate people about the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of the electoral roll.

On this occasion, I addressed the gathering and warned that without proper awareness of the SIR process, many eligible citizens could be deprived of their right to vote. I urged the public to remain vigilant and ensure that no one is excluded from the voters’ list.

I emphasized that proper form filling, preparation of necessary documents, and technical awareness are crucial in the SIR enumeration process. I appealed to party workers and community leaders to visit households and assist people in completing the process.

Further, I alleged that the BJP government is misusing the Election Commission to suppress voters’ rights through the SIR process. I expressed concern that, under the pretext of “Logical Discrepancy,” lakhs of voters could be removed from the electoral rolls.

I also pointed out that in a country like India, where the rate of illiteracy is still significant, the use of AI-based methods could result in many people being deprived of their voting rights. In this regard, I urged the Karnataka government to immediately intervene and pressure the Election Commission to withdraw the “Logical Discrepancy” provision.

Leaders present at the convention emphasized that creating awareness about the SIR process is essential and called for united efforts to protect the fundamental democratic right to vote.

The convention was presided over by Munir Mulla, President of Hiriyur Jamia Masjid.

SDPI District General Secretary Sageer Ahmed, Assembly Constituency Committee President Jameer, religious scholars of Jamia Masjid, members of the management committee, office bearers of various organizations, party workers, and hundreds of members of the public participated and made the event a success.

ಈ ಮಹತ್ವದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಯುವಕರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಡಾ. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿತು, ಸಮಾನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಸಮಾಜ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಡುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಯುವಜನತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವುದು ನನಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹಾರೈಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ನೆನ್ನೆ (1/6/2026)ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಶಿರಾ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಎಸ್‌ಡಿಪಿಐ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಶಿರಾ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಿರಾ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸೂಫಿ ಸಂತ ಹಜರತ್ ಮಾಲಿಕ್ ಶಾ ಖಾದ್ರಿ (ರಹ್.) ಅವರ ದರ್ಗಾಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ದೊರೆಯಿತು.

ನಂತರ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಮಸೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗ್ರಿಬ್ ನಮಾಜ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ತೆರಳಿದ ವ���ಳೆ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹಿಂದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನವನ್ನು ��್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸಿದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ರವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಸೀದಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಶಾಲು ಹೊದಿಸಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಗೌರವವು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯದ ರಾಜಕೀಯಕ್ಕೆ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
