Thank you for articulating this so well. Its maddening how most of the folk diving into this are complaining about Douglas’ straw-manning and then in the same breath completely missing reality and straw-manning his main argument into “so I’m not allowed to have an opinion”. I think the error Douglas made was that a) he allowed that segment to go on for WAY too long and b) he didn’t push Joe hard enough on what he was actually trying to get across which is the point that you’re making. It’s about brining balance and challenge to views - especially on topics with mortal importance - not simply a straw man on allowing / forbidding them.
@GladiatorsTV Like others have said, the fact that it’s 10 or 0 makes no sense and the stairs need a redesign… deeper and taller. To go from a sprint to the stop that would be needed to do one tiny stair at a time is not only unfair it’s an ankle break waiting to happen.
'Andrew Neil has rightly pointed out that hell really will freeze over before a Twitterstorm makes The Spectator turn on star columnist Douglas Murray, who has brought so much to the magazine over so many years.'

On Monday Labour are going to tell the biggest lie in British politics. They're pretending everything is worse than they realised, so they can break their promise made less than a month ago, and rinse you with taxes rises. This is why it's untrue. (1/n). https://t.co/Q37SMxu7JS
