Highly dissatisfied with the Approach you guys are having, My Father is admitted in Hospital since last 15 days, Claim Policy No-9459112501073385, Father's Name- Mr. Laxman Prasad Goyal, Age- 74 Years. You guys are equally responsible to made us in Trouble with your response and Delayed Behaviour..!
My Father has already detected Heart Attack on 24th April in Agra and we anyhow serve him for Treatment at the right time in Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon through Ambulance from Agra considering Critical Emergency Condition stated by Agra's Hospital & Life threatening Case.
Since that Time from 25th April- You guys are behaving very Unprofessionally and seems like we are not the Memeber of your Star Insurance Policy.
Basis your Star Insurance Policy Old Member, Firstly you guys took a lot of time in approving the By-Pass surgery Cost and made us in Hustle -Bustle for 6-7 days in Hospital with Multiple repetitive Queries raised by you guys (Like as I have made the Disease or I am doing it willingly)- You guys by any chance approved the Amount to get the Treatment started after lot of Hicupps. Then the treatment, Bypass surgery has been done on 4th May and clear informtion of 1 week stay requirement in Hospital is there and it's expected to discharge the Father Today (After 7 days of Operation).
Now, We have initiated today afternoon to discharge the Patient and for that Approved Amount has to be disburse to the Hospital- We have made multiple attempt to you guys to get this done but still it's not done, Have Called and Connected with Policy Agent, Called Multiple People's in between but still no response or Negligent Behaviour...!
Again the Same Story of Repetitive Queries begin- It seems that Star Health is not willing to Pay and wanted to Play with Customer Emotions inspite of Knowing that my Father is 74 Years Old and this delay might have worst effect on his Health..!
I have bought this Insurance considering the Star Health Image but after this Incident comes to know that Company only willing to get the Hefty Premium on time and afterwards that have no responsibility towards the Financial risk onto that for which we are Paying Premium annually..!
I am very Helpless at this Midnight time and waiting at Lobby with Patient but no response from the Star Health Insurance Side..!
Deeply Harrassed and not recommend this Company Policy Further..!!
The hospital issued the discharge clearance this evening, but @StarHealthIns has still not processed the co-payment. Keeping a post-bypass surgery patient waiting in the hospital due to administrative delays is highly insensitive! Please resolve this urgently. Policy/Claim No: CIR/2027/231300/0145862
