MUDJJ's position: the arms embargo will never work while the Dominican Republic remains the main transit route for weapons into Haiti. The UN Panel of Experts has documented it. Gangs name the Dominican Republic as their source. The embargo must be enforced there — on the routes, the ports, and the border.

And the network is not only in Port-au-Prince. It extends into diplomatic posts, consulates, and passport offices — staffed by appointees of the same political class. Patronage, not merit.

The Prime Minister was not elected. He does not have the trust of the Haitian people. There will be no solution with Fils-Aimé and the corrupt elite in power.

Sever the ties. Enforce the embargo where it matters. Support a clean, Haitian-led transition — led by people with no connection to this system.

🚨 MUDJJ issues an Open Letter to President Abinader — and the evidence is damning.

He stood before the UN General Assembly and called for "enforcing the arms embargo on Haiti."

Here is what his own country is doing:
