Don't expect justice for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Nigerian court--Mike Ozekhome
The headline may sound doubtful but he actually said it, but not directly. Do you remember when he said he has been in a legal field for 47 years and each time he come across a political case he knows.
He emphatically said, Nnamdi Kanu's case is a political case, what do you understand by that? It simply Means, that Nnamdi Kanu cannot get justice through the Nigerian court . It means no matter the litigation, the executive determines his freedom not the court .
And that is why the erodite SAN in every press statement will say. "ON MY BENDED KNEE SIR" "release Nnamdi Kanu let him go a free Man"
Ozekhome is a very intelligent man, well learned and understood the legal field.
Mik Ozekhome terminated this case . There are no charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. No prosecution here, what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is currently facing is persecution.
The IPOB leadership understood the come today and come tomorrow of Nigerian court and decided to declare a vote of no confidence on Nigerian judiciary. Meaning Nigerian judiciary is compromised and cannot render justice.
Meanwhile Nnamdi Kanu's family countered IPOB and insists Aloy is more professional than Mike Ozekhome and he Aloy will secure justice for Nnamdi Kanu in Nigeria court with this present government.
The Nigerian government, despite manipulating the judiciary is also in tight conner. Nnamdi Kanu's case has exposed how rotten the Nigerian judiciary has become. No reasonable Investor with this level of disobedience of court proceedings will like to invest in Nigeria. Most investors are opting for Ghana, Egypt, South Africa etc. No investor will take a risk of investing in a country that the executive manipulates the judiciary.
The Nigerian government thinks they are hurting Nnamdi Kanu, or maybe illegally detaining him will end IPOB.
That is their biggest mistake.

“I inherited debts running into billions of Naira. I said I don’t want to talk, but since you are pushing me to talk, I will say it so they will see the yansh of fowl.” - Gov. Sim Fubara
Nyesom Wike I doubt you will escape the tsunami coming toward you . When you push people they refuse to push back , it’s not because they don’t know what they can do , they might kept mute because of the respect they have for you , but immediately the handshake passes the elbow then is another thing .

The Greatest Nigerian Government Mistake That Is Accelerating The Freedom Of Biafra
The rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was Nigeria's greatest mistake. That of 2015 was a child's play to the mistake of the extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya. In 2015 Mazi Nnamdi Kanu brought himself down to Nigeria. That wasn't the case in that of 2021.
I have read some Northerners and Yoruba people brag about their government holding Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and I laugh at their ignorance.
The extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is already a crime and the Nigerian government can never benefit from their own illegality. This means that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will win them in any court in Nigeria or the world. They can only hold him illegally. The question is for how long? Even the American government have added their voice stating that the rendition of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra was a crime.
Some of the things that propel freedom are illegality, fraud, corruption, intimidation, genocide, unfair treatment, nepotism etc and Biafrans are suffering all these things in Nigeria. So Biafrans will never stop.
Your words about Biafra not going to be a reality are most expected from you all. There is no way oppressors and beneficiaries of oppression can ever want the freedom of those they are oppressing. Unfortunately for all of you, our freedom is in our hands and not in the hands of the oppressors.
I know that you all did the extraordinary rendition with the hope that you all will use the criiminals you all recruited to turn our people against the struggle. You never believed the criiminals you all recruited would fail, but right before your eyes, they failed.
You guys gave them money, and you gave them front pages on newspapers, television and radio stations across Nigeria, yet IPOB defeated you all. You weren't able to withstand the power of IPOB media. They exposed all your lies and trashed all of them. You have understood the power of volunteers.
Today, you know that Ndi Igbo can't be fooled anyhow. You have seen the resolve of the Igbo man. You have seen a different type of Ndi Igbo that will never succumb to your money. Members of IPOB are direct descendants of those men and women who fought and defended Biafra in 1967-70 and made sure we weren't exterminated from the face of the world. They are people who have risen to end the era of Fulani puppets leading us as Governors.
It is only a fool that will think we won't get this freedom. Listen, you tried to recruit people who will give the struggle a time frame and make the people look up to a date so that after that date they will become tired, and disillusioned and end the struggle. But we defeated them. We don't care how long it takes. We don't care if it takes millions of years. We have determined to get this freedom. We will gladly give our boots to our children to continue should we grow older in weakness. We are not giving up.
We are determined, and we are certain it won't elude our generation.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be free and shame will be your lots. You all will soon demand that Ndi Igbo should be kicked out of Nigeria.
Keep ranting and keep testing our resolve.

Those asking #EEDC to apologize to her customers for lack of electricity supply in south East should stop that nonsense apology. IPOB want #EEDC out of South East for intentionally keeping south east in darkness, extortion and billing customers with out giving them light , their apology won’t supply electricity to Biafraland. They should apologize and leave #Biafraland .

Again, the fulani terrorists murdered 4 Biafran men including a child at Nimbo in Uzo - Uwani LGA , Enugwu state April 28th 2024. Tell me how that little child has wrong the Fulani terrorists?
One with sensible mind would think that the governor, Peter Mbah would have come out to condemn the actions of those terrorists who killed our people.
No, Peter is too afraid to challenge his slave masters. #BiafraNation #BIAFRAREFERENDUM
The awakening is hitting everyone irrespective of the religion you belong to . The most important thing is the liberation of the mindset .This mindset will help for people to understand what Freedom is all about .

Understanding The Real Agents Of Disunity
9jirian Army will go to Imo state and búrn hóuses. Kîll villagers. They will defend Fulańi herdsmen terrôrists after slâughtering people in their sleep. The 9jirian government will put up policies that will put ndi Igbo down.
They constructed railways and denied Ndi Igbo of it. They denied them seaports and international airports. They will make sure the person the Igbo population want to lead them as governors never smells the seat.
After committing these atrocities on ndi Igbo, the same 9jirian army will invite people like Osita Iheme to come and give a talk on journalism, peace and unity. The government that has been marginalising ndi Igbo will start shouting for peace and unity. That's when their actions are against peace and unity. Between words and actions which one carries more strength? How can you put up háteful and wícked actions only to call someone to shout peace and unity? How?
They shout it to make people think it is the Igbo that doesn't want peace. No, we won't let it fly any longer. Ha gbu ha ajuo onye gburu.
Agents of disunity are never those standing up against the atrocities of the 9jirian government against ndi Igbo. They are those threatening to throw ndi Igbo in the lagoon. They are those who beat up and injured ndi Igbo in Lagos for wanting to vote in Lagos. They are those targeting Igbo businesses and properties and destroying them in Lagos and Abuja. They are those who kidnapped Máazi Nñámdî Kâńú, tortured him, renditions him and refused to obey the court order. Those who said Ndi Igbo will never rule 9jiria and went further to rig Peter Obi out. These guys are the agents of disunity.
Friends, don't let them fool you. Don't let them make you think you are the problem. The problem is the Army kílling Igbo youths in Imo. The government that has refused to allow ndi Igbo to have peace is behind disunity.
Don't let them twist it. Keep sharing to educate more people.

BURKINA FASO SUSPENDS BBC AND VOICE OF AMERICA
Burkina Faso has suspended the radio broadcasts of UK-funded BBC Africa and U.S.-funded Voice of America (VOA) over their coverage of a report accusing the country’s army of conducting mass executions.
According to authorities cited by media, broadcasts by the two outlets (BBC & VOA) have been taken off air and even their websites have been banned and shut down for at least two weeks.
In a report published on Thursday, Human Rights Watch (HRW), a U.S.-based group, has accused the country’s military forces of of “summarily executing” at least 223 civilians, including at least 56 children in two villages, in February. The HRW then called on authorities to investigate the massacres.
According to the report, the Burkinabe army has reportedly committed mass atrocities against civilians in the name of fighting terrorism. HRW also suggests that the “massacre” appeared to be part of a “widespread military campaign” against civilians accused of collaborating with armed groups, reports RT.
In response, the Burkina Faso communication council has claimed that HRW’s report contained “peremptory and tendentious” declarations against the army that are likely to create public disorder. It has now warned other media networks from reporting the HRW report on alleged mass killings by the army.
Both BBC and VOA have said they intend to continue covering events in the country.
Many say the two-weeks ban is likely a prelude to an all out ban that could kick in at the expiration of the two weeks. Similar bans have happened in Mali and Niger and it always starts with a few weeks ban and then it ends up becoming a permanent ban.
I do not hold brief for anyone committing crimes against civilians, but when American/UK-based and funded organizations are all over Africa dishing out negative reportage on governments that don’t align with their western idles and policies, it becomes really hard to believe anything they say.
I remember those days when then Nigeria President, Goodluck Jonathan was fighting Boko Haram and was beating them silly, it was one of these US-based organizations, either Transparency International or Human Rights Watch that came out with a report that Jonathan was bombing innocent civilians in the north and not Boko Haram. They even published Google earth map to show the extent of bombings in civilian neighborhoods. But we would later find out it was all a lie - Jonathan was really killing just the terrorists and not civilians. That’s what freaked them out!
I’ll never forget how Richard Quest of CNN, Christiane Amanpour, and all of the CNN bigwigs and BBC guys were all over the place, running around in Northern Nigeria like squirrels, just to prove that Jonathan was killing civilians rather than terrorists. All these were to scare the government from attacking terrorists and ensure the terrorists were protected. And they were!
The moment Jonathan left power and the terrorists became emboldened under Buhari, wreaking havoc everywhere in Nigeria, none of those pathetic terrorist sympathizers in the media has bothered with what civilians were going through in the hands of these sponsored terrorists. If they loved civilians so much, if it was all about the civilians and not terrorists, why didn’t they sustain the campaign under Buhari? Answer: It was never about the civilians. It has always been about protecting their terrorists.
So, you can’t blame Burkina Faso. They’re now aligned with Russia - the avowed enemy of the west/USA. How do you expect an American/UK-based organization to tell the truth or report on anything that’ll favor that government. As a matter of fact, these media organizations and NGOs operate as spies for their individual governments. Thats why their credibility - from HRW to BBC to VOA is already in the mud and pre-disqualifies them to point any accusing finger given their rich history of barefaced biases.
