Unconstitutional detention and suppressing the voices of Vocational Teachers is highly condemnable and disappointing act we Request administration kindly tell us what is their crime.
@CM_JnK@sakinaitoo@OfficeOfLGJandK@JKVTWA
Prisons are For Criminals not for Teachers.
@JKVTWA Justice for educated youth means ensuring that those who have invested time and effort into their education are not overlooked or undervalued in society.
By upholding justice for educated youth, we not only honor their potential but also drive societal progress and innovation
@JKVTWA We hope that the government will formulate a comprehensive job policy for VOCATIONAL TRAINERS,ensuring fair compensation and job security. It's high time VTPs/Private companies are removed, as they've no role to play in providing vocational training to students. #RemoveVTPs

The demands of Vocational Trainers are legitimate and genuine, must be fulfilled. I humbly request @OmarAbdullah and @nasirsogami@qaysar_lone in particular. Please take it with the Govt and redress as soon as possible. They deserve justice and they are our cream.
The issue of #Vocational_Trainers is more humanitarian and needs a humane approach. They have served the department and thus deserve to be heard for their genuine demands. Solve their genuine issues including out source hiring and salary enhancement. @diprjk@JKGovt1
@JKVTWA Vocational Training Teachers poured out their pain, with just one demand to @OmarAbdullah – Remove VTPs. @nasirsogami@tanvirsadiq

Following positive signs from the government, peaceful protests have been temporarily paused. However, our commitment to the cause remains steadfast.
Vocational Teachers of J&K will rejoin schools up to 13th April under a PEN DOWN STRIKE, standing strong in our demand for justice and fairness.
We urge @JmuKmrPolice to release our detained colleagues in the Kashmir Division and respect our democratic right to protest. These teachers shape the future, let them return to classrooms, not custody. Stop the detentions. Let their voices be heard. @CM_JnK@diprjk@DivComKash@BaramullaPolice@DCBaramulla@dcbandipora@AnantnagPolice@bandiporapolice@BudgamPolice@ShopianPolice@policekulgam@ssppul@SrinagarPolice@Gbl_Police@KupwaraCops

@diprjk VTPs/Private companies are not involved in providing vocational training to students in schools. The entirety of the training, both theoretical and practical classes, industrial visits, and guest lectures, is being conducted by VOCATIONAL TRAINERS. #JusticeforVocationaltrainers

Vocational Trainers are the backbone of our society & education system. They have uplifted vocational education with commitment & skill.
Yet today, private companies given contracts through dubious means, are exploiting them. These trainers deserve dignity, decent salaries & a concrete job policy. The govt must not outsource education to profiteers but own & empower these brilliant minds. Engage them in dialogue, not detain them for protesting.
Protests are democratic rights, not crimes. This is the moment for the govt to act decisively, promptly, and justly.
