@DrBellahh @JustineNameere The minister is very ignorant about the health sector , sadly she will be cause of death for many patients by encouraging them not to buy medicines which are not in the hospital .
Anni yatabudde abalimi mu baโssawo?
I think Namere is now going beyond her mandate.
She can't just attack health facilities without fully understanding the realities on the ground, while putting healthcare workers under unnecessary pressure.
My concern is that this kind of approach may end up affecting patient care. You can't effectively regulate or criticise what you don't fully understand.
This conversation between the late Mowzey Radio and Bad @HEBobiwine . If Radio was still alive he would have been double triple the problem @kingsaha_256 is . May his soul keep resting in peace
@nbstv So sad that the majority of Ugandans don't know how this affects them .
It's a deliberate move to to suffocate the already already struggling health sector .
In the end the end , the common man's life is at the mercy of that hungry intern.
Meanwhile, Parliament wants to expand Cabinet ministers from 21 to 30 and State Ministers from 31 to 51, a move that will cost taxpayers billions, with no clear ROI.
There is money for political comfort, but no money for doctors in apprenticeship?
Who bewitched our country?
Dear members of the public,
The medical fraternity is seeking your support. Your health and safety may be at risk due to this policy that want intern doctors working without pay.
Why should this concern you?
Intern doctors are a critical part of patient care. They often work long shifts, sometimes up to 36 hours, while handling emergencies, admissions, and ward duties. Expecting them to do this without any form of remuneration places immense physical, mental, and financial strain on them.
A demoralized and overworked workforce increases the risk of burnout, errors, absenteeism, and even unethical practices born out of desperation. Ultimately, it is the patient who bears the consequences.
This is not just a doctors' issue, it is a public health issue.
We therefore call upon all stakeholders and members of the public to raise their voices and support the call for fair treatment of intern doctors.
Say NO to unpaid internship. Protect healthcare. Protect patients.

Dr. Lawrence Mulindwa has invested a lot in Ugandan football that seeing him genuinely happy is something every right-thinking Ugandan should appreciate.
The game has benefited much from his passion, sacrifice, and commitment.
Moments of joy like these are well deserved.

Greetings Gen. @mkainerugaba,
We appreciate your recent efforts in the world of football. Hoima Stadium looks so good for the task. Let me interest you in a conversation I pray takes place. A conversation between you and the gentleman in the picture. Dr. Lawrence Mulindwa, Director of my football club @VipersSC. PLU is a house of patriots and rewards patriotism. However, I am not requesting for a reward for Dr Mulindwa. I am requesting for a conversation between you and this great man in the world of Ugandan sports. Where corruption has swallowed football in Uganda, suffocated talent and limited potential of the national team, this manโs sacrifices have kept football in Uganda standing. I was at his school St Marys Kitende when he was the Fufa president. There was one common pattern, when Uganda cranes had a fixture most especially an away fixture. Something at school became limited. The days we were supposed to eat rice or chicken, posho or beans/peas replaced the menu. Because he often had to spend from his business to fund The National team. When Uganda cranes lost a game, the following week a heartbreak would be written on his face. Later, football commentators who had access to information from FUFA said it on radio and Tv, that Dr. Mulindwa would sponsor Uganda cranes from his pocket. He built a foundation for Ugandan football his successors reaped from. He funded Ugandan football. Today Ugandan football instead funds lives of those running it. He may not be interested in being Fufa president anymore but if you sit down with him and have a conversation, he will be a great source of guidance to progressing a sport that gives life to many of us. Something you have proven to understand.
The money and time Dr. Lawrence has invested in Ugandan football, he will never earn back. However, if itโs seeing the rise of great talent rising from his efforts, he has harvested greatly. Please accept my humble request.

From experience as a medical doctor, I have never seen anyone in 60s without children who is not depressed, sad or regretting.
All of them, even if it was by choice or they had no control over it. Everyone of them I have seen is unhappy.
If you have a chance to have a child, please do, period. Also if you hate children or men or women right now, it's fine, do hate them while having a child.
You hate children? It's fine, don't get a permanent family control method like vasectomy or tying tubes, go for temporary ones like IUDs etc, you will wish you had a child, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but you will.
Sheโs dead! For them itโs just politics, for another family it is a loved one gone - just because she held a different political opinion! How do you expect others to feel your pain when you are directly killing their own! Can we ever have peace where weโve inflicted such pointless permanent pain on others? Would you pretend to be angry when such innocent people youโve harmed and hurt celebrate your own pain?
Someone should tell those guys doing the demolitions that the trade order can be enforced with the application of some sense.
It doesn't even take a day for the Kiln (Tanuulu) to be removed. Why did they just destroy it like that?
This is too much banange!๐คจ๐ก
