I've submitted a case report 2 months ago to be considered for publication in BMC pediatrics. To this date, they haven't assigned an editor to handle the submission, claiming that no one accepted despite sending out many invitations.

Opsoclonus is a very unique and scary symptom. It could be idiopathic or could occur, coupled with myoclonus, as a paraneoplastic syndrome of neuroblastoma (opsoclonus-myoclonus-ataxia).
