Long delays in Canada’s immigration security screening are raising growing concerns among applicants.
Many report prolonged waiting periods with little to no visibility into case progress.
@JaninJayan It feels like a total scam. They speed-process a few new files so they don’t have to face a united protest, while a massive number of unlucky applicants are left rotting in RROC. We all paid the same huge fees!

It's hard to understand how IRCC continues approving newer applications while many older files remain sitting in inventory at RROC for months with no updates. Fairness should mean processing applications in a reasonable order, not leaving long-waiting applicants in limbo while
We respectfully urge action:
Investigate RROC delays
Explain why older files are skipped
Clarify processing priorities
Provide updates to affected applicants
We deserve transparency. We deserve fairness.

Meanwhile, applicants from March–June 2025 are already receiving PR approvals.
Why are newer applications being processed ahead of older ones?
This is not fairness. This is inconsistency.

Our applications were submitted between late-2024 and. Biometrics completed. Since then — nothing.
