Well fellas, third week of heavy squats. First one was 255kg x2, second - 260kg x2. And today I've done 265kg x2! Went slow and controlled, hitting below the parallel depth. When this block started, I had some doubts, but fuck it, it's all just MINDSET! You will it, you do it!
Yee-haw partner, this cowboy just went full retard and did 225kg(~500lbs) Zercher PR!
Did that after 3x3 with 170kg(375lbs). Need a proper cowboy hat for 240kg+ PR next time 🤠
