@BondforgedSky@TheNCSmaster Everyone is a person. They are employees making a product. They aren't our friends. If the products are good, that's good. If the products aren't, that's bad. The deal is that we give them money for good games, not for them being people.
Do y’all hear yourselves?? Marvel didn’t have the rights to Spider-Man, they had no choice but to work with the characters they had. Meanwhile DC’s characters are all under one roof
@Ghost6ge I see the logic. Still I have the gripe that for a "ultimate" release, the figure doesn't really match that description for me (maybe its just the photo but thats another disc). So when it comes time for a regular release, my gut feeling tells me the Joker fig is gonna be worse.
Not the first person to say this, but why is Mattel hyping special releases up for their opening line before said line is even out? Also idk what's going on, but that "deluxe" joker looks cheap. The price better match
@QuestionStan23 I'm referring to the look of the figure. It looks shiny to me. I hinted in my og post the photo probably isn't doing it any favors. Once there's a better look at the figure, let alone having it on hand, it may end up look nicer. But until then.
@oansun It doesn't feel right to announce so called "definitive" releases this soon before the Mattel figs hit store shelves. Doesn't exactly give me confidence in their standard line. Like I don't love Hasbro's handling of the Marvel Legends as of late, but at least when they acquired -
bad about George "wealthy" Lucas getting upset about something he said haphazardly being turned into a real product? And they say Reddit is where humor goes to die
Thinking about that comic strip I saw online where supposedly George Lucas made a quick explanation about space milk during the filming of Star Wars. And 100 years later he comes across officially licensed "SW Space Milk"... What was the joke exactly? That I'm supposed to feel
People trashing cape comics, never made me want to go out and buy an indiebook. Never made me want to buy less DC or Marvel. We shame superhero stuff instead of promoting alternative material. Youre alienating the people who buy comics every week by making them resent indie slop
