Buy land and go into agriculture.

Take these words very seriously.

Buy land and cultivate it.

Hold solid digital assets like $GTAN and a few other strong projects.

My advice?

Stop spending so much money buying cars when you don't own productive assets.

Personally, I would rather own 5 to 10 plots of cultivated land before buying an expensive car.

Go into animal farming if you can.

Please don't take what I'm saying lightly.

This year alone, I planted over 2,500 yam seedlings, and from just one particular piece of land, I have already harvested over 15 bags of 50kg garri.

The funny part is that I ended up giving away almost half of those bags. 😄

I find it easier to give things away than to sell them. I'm still working on myself in that area. 😂

But the bone of contention is this:
Buy land. Farm it.

Let the land produce for you. Don't be in a hurry to build a house.

Let the land first generate wealth for you. Use that wealth to acquire more productive land before you start building.

Sunlight is indeed a medium of life to plants

Even with the sunlight, the plant needs to be taken care of.

What kills the plant isn't lack of sunlight alone but to a large extent lack of care.

Whatever you find yourself doing, make sure you care for it.
