@MightySkrow@RayGunEtiquette Exactly. Though not every superhero could kill, not everyone is built like that. You got your Wolverines who kill at the drop of a hat, the Captain Americas who kill when there's no other choice, and your Spider-Men who won't kill at all (except Miles that one specific time).
@MightySkrow@RayGunEtiquette I guess it depends on what kind of villain they're facing. Like, can't really compare thieves to genocidal maniacs. But also, not everyone is built to kill and carry on their day normally afterwards, taking a life can be traumatizing.
Work was so rough and hectic this week, I had been looking forward to having Saturday off to go to @Crumbl the next town over, only to find they barely had anything available. No lemon cake at all, I had been eager for it all week. I am so upset and genuinely angry about this.
@prudence1967@TheBigBroTea Every jury in every season of Survivor is bitter, they all got voted out, betrayed at some point. The finalists' job is to convince this bitter jury to vote for you to win, that's jury management and it always matters. And, well, Russell really, really sucked at jury management.
@HideTheFlint@johnway14296756@TheBigBroTea She got Russell to vote Coach out, that was a good movr. Sandra's attempts to get him out failed, so she turned it around, dissed him openly 24/7, and at FTC, she pointed out to the jury that she tried to help them. She won the mayority of the jury over, which is what matters.
@MightySkrow Man, that's deep. 'Cuz, like, in this world, they aren't real, they're just made-up characters in video games, but yet in their world, they are real, they have history.
@MightySkrow Sounds like the basis for a Tokusatsu show, makes me think of stuff like Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. Wonder if some of the characters from the game who manifest in reality aren't villains.
Finally, the newest #Wilderlore book is out, and I have been glued to it. Only reason I have to put it down for a while is because I got work and need sleep. Gosh, I just love this series.
@ERodBuster1 Man, I don't remember a single one of those, and I watched cartoons on almost every channel available back then. I remember these two, but nobody else seems to:
@a_cosgrove_type@eNgen_22@cryingrnbruh@GenevieveUpds And Sandra being voted out pre-jury whenever she has played afterwards is to be expected, because only complete braindead morons would let a two-time winner (especially one who won on both her first and second try) get anywhere near the jury phase, much less the endgame.
@1carolinagirl My favorite horror movie of all time. Story, cast, characters, setting, mood, ambiance, soundtrack, effects, everything comes together to be like the kind of spooky story you hear around a campfire. I love it.
@yangisbae@GenevieveUpds I mean, anyone with two brain cells would figure out that you should not let a two-time winner who won in her first two attempts and who has really good social game and jury management get far into the game.
