@KenyaPower_Care you have completely refused to fix the constant blackouts along Ngina road. This is the 'millionth' time we are spending the night in the dark. We get to the house and 15 mins later power is gone, plus over half the street. Extremely Frustrated!!!!

This area has faced the worst of blackouts in over a year!
Our Muslim brothers gave us a 3 day weekend. We've repaid them with a 4 day weekend. Over to you atheists π€
Yesterday, 4 women from my plot, including yours truly, and 5 from the next plot, and some 3 men, went to that church whose pastor was praying using a public address system as if he was being choked, terrorising kids... We started throwing stones kwa Mabati π. That was 1am. The "faithfuls" didn't come out, but the silence that followed was peaceful. This morning we have written a letter to the church, no loud kesha on a weekday because they do it even on a Tuesday. Nobody picked it and we have pinned it on the gate. Khabusie!
It's been a week since the heavy rains & flooding that claimed many lives & destroyed tons of property. Have any rehabilitation works of the storm water facilities been started? Or we are waiting for next round of floods for our TLs to be flooded with condolences & sympathies?

@KenyaPower_Care Kenya aspires 2b like Singapore, yet stable power remains elusive. After recent rains, areas in Nairobi have endured 3+ days of blackout. What's KPLC doing wrong - aging infra? poor maintenance? To match Singapore, we must invest in smart grids, flood-proofing & predictive tech!
@KenyaPower_Care Three days later of no electricity and spoilt foodstuff, we are part of planned maintenance. Buying food in bulk in a country where Kenya Power is tasked with supplying electricity is like shooting oneself on the foot. #Sigh #SeriouslyAnnoyed
