but then later on the uniform color transitioned to the olive color fuuuuuuc

info dump, but iirc reasoning for the blue suit is that historically early uniforms for flight nurses were modeled after the upcoming commercial flight attendants at the time. and to be a flight attendant u needed to be a registered nurse first.
