@RockstarSupport My game freezes randomly when I play online. When that happen I have to restart the game (RTX 2080ti, i9-9900k, 32gb ram). The game works perfect in Story Mode tho.

@Mhick_Gamer @RockstarSupport Update to latest Windows version and get the latest BIOS drivers to your motherboard. Install from USB-stick. Worked for me and many others.

@Sarge_701 @RockstarSupport Download latest Windows update and BIOS driver to your motherboard. Save the file on your USB-flash-memory and start it from BIOS. updating BIOS made it work for me.

@RockstarSupport I had the "exited unexpectedly problem". Disabled antivirus, firewall, updated GPU drivers but nothing worked. Then I downloaded the latest motherboard BIOS driver and updated Windows 10 to latest version and guess what! It worked 😁🤘 Rockstar LiveChat Support did nothing!
