@O2 Hay how can I chase an order, when I placed it, the phone was in stock now I have an order that is waiting for stock? This is a present so need an update?

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@O2 dont understand how im trying to change my dd to 1 day later and being told I will be charged twice next month. Really disappointed I have been with you for 15 years and its stressful knowing I struggle every month becuase you take a dd to early which may I add I never set up

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@parcelforce is there anyway to track what door number a parcel was delivered. I've been away for 2 days and tracking says delivered???

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@MerlinapUK @THORPEPARK My daughter got chased by one of the zombie ladies yesterday. It was by far her favourite thing. Best day ever.

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@ThreeUKSupport So they have asked for the serial number of the phone not the IMEI number. Yes we got it directly from your selves.

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@ThreeUK called 3 times today such bad service. All I need is my proof of purchase and contract for phone. How else can I get this. You have sent me an email twice which i still have not recieved.

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@ThreeUKSupport Also Samsung have also said they don't understand why my phone has a Dublin po box on the back when we purchased in England. I'm a little concerned.

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@ThreeUKSupport I received an email with the date my contract started and finishes and an IMEI number. What I need is a serial number. This information is not enough.

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

@ThreeUKSupport Yes that's been checked. I have been sent an email with some information but this is not my original proof of purchase which is what I need? Please advise.

[Becky Keating @Mummy1003]

If you have nothing positive to say about Boris Johnson on here tonight, then shut the f*ck up. The man is our Prime Minister & he is fighting for his life.
