🌠GST Kerala HC in case of - GOPARAJ G. PILLAI V. STATE TAX OFFICER-I [W.P. 29855 of 2023] has held that -

🌠Merely in Form GSTR-2A, said tax is not reflected should not be a sufficient ground to deny the assessee the claim of ITC

🔶 It is observed that GST Department👮🏻‍♂️has issued Notice for 17-18 in Sep 23 to many taxpayers across the country, but some taxpayers are not aware of said fact.
