Why would they not be able to when you only need to apply for a permit?
Who told him he can't fly and why?

Victor Marx never deployed to a war zone, he never saw combat, he never left Camp Pendleton.
Anyone he's killed has been unlawful and he's on camera admitting he's probably murdered other people or persons. How can this just be glossed over and deemed insignificant?
He just confessed to killing people and his military unit was never deployed between 1983-1986 during the time he served. Who did you kill @victormarx?

At some point soon the information will gel together with enough evidence to cause reasonable doubt in a Jury.
If Tyler Robinson was involved at all he DID NOT act alone.
He is not the lone shooter with a grudge against Charlie, if anything he's a Patsy in the mix of co-conspirators we're currently tracking and connecting.
They're not going to get away with murder this time and if everyone investigating puts their minds together we can make a difference.
Park up your ego, put aside your differences, forget about your superchats for a moment and combine forces. They will crumble like a house of cards if we can get the facts straight.
