The Cowboys have gone 11 straight playoff appearances without reaching a conference championship game.
That's the longest drought by any team since the AFC and NFC were created in 1970.
Dallas has been 1-and-done in 7 of those 11 playoff appearances.
@SWAGONPOlNT@ProfessorO_NFL@MrSoprano21 It's a 3rd with a 4th back. That could be anything from a 1-64 spot difference. Dallas will be picking in the 20s next year and Pitts probs low teens. So the net result could be moving back 20 spaces. Moving back from pick 90 to 110 is not the same as giving up pick 90 lol
@VochLombardi I've seen a lot of highlights where Mingo is wide open or has got past his defender for a wide open TD and he hasn't been thrown to. Does the film show him consistently winning too?
@RapSheet@SPORTSTARSNYC I remember hoping Dallas would take him in the first round, but they took a bust in Mazi Smith. I was then amazed to see him still there in the second round and thought we'd hit the jackpot, but they took a bust in Luke Schoonmaker. Excellent drafting.
@mossammad7590@JamesMelville The stretch of the match with Rashford on was a 4-0 smacking. The stretch of the match with Watkins in his spot, England were losing 3-0. It wasn't until the changes happened that the game stabilised.
@VoiceOfTheStar Kyle did a thing! ๐ซก How would you feel changing alliances after being a Cowboy for so long? Or when it comes down to it, is it just business?
@rjochoa@Kyle_Youmans Happy for him! It must be weird changing teams like this. He cared so much about Dallas for so long. It has to be strange to begin developing that passion again for another organisation.
@VoiceOfTheStar Obviously this is some bottom tier food. But let's not act like the US doesn't have food that's just as poor ๐คฃ I've had those $1 hot dogs in baseball stadiums before ๐ต
@timeforjeffrey Was it worth Dallas giving their biggest rivals a 1st round graded receiver at 20 (when they're about to lose their no.1) for a backup swing tackle and backup run defender?
@FWMoy926_41@NickHarrisFWST Like I said, a pick from this year is considered more valuable than a pick from next year (not factoring in individual drafts). So, maybe they could have got away with sending the GB pick instead.
@FWMoy926_41@NickHarrisFWST Maybe the question is "should we have sent a 1st from this year instead?" We'd have given up 12 which ended up being Downs though. Although, perhaps because it was a sooner pick, maybe they'd have got away with the lower 1st rounder.
