Why waste hundreds of millions confiscating them from law-abiding hunters and farmers when that money could be used to catch and lock up actual criminals?

Two girls, aged 14 and 15, were raped multiple times in separate attacks by three boys aged 13 to 14. The boys filmed the rapes while laughing and later shared the videos.
