Only in northern Nigeria will a governor spend billions of naira sending people to Saudi Arabia for Hajj and budget billions more for mass weddings while forgetting that are no job opportunities.

Out-of-school children are everywhere, and over 30 million people in the North do not know where their next meal will come from.

Northern people must start holding both past and present leaders accountable. Indigenous northerners must take back their land.
