Idk who needs to hear this but here it is.
My father once told me, “To’ah ma bann, ko’ah bann.” Don’t be like that cover of peanut(To’ah) which on even mild blow perishes into nowhere. Rather be like Mountain(Ko’ah) which no matter what it goes through, stands tall above all.

MBBS interns in Jammu & Kashmir are being paid just ₹12,300/month.
That’s nearly ₹400 a day for handling emergencies, ICU duties, labour rooms, wards, night shifts, and brutal 24–36 hour duties.
One of the LOWEST intern stipends in India.
Meanwhile, states like Assam & West Bengal are paying ₹30,000+.
For 3 YEARS, promises of stipend hikes have been made.
For 3 YEARS, nothing has changed.
The system wants young doctors to work like machines, survive on peanuts, and stay silent.
Cheap labour in the name of “training” is exploitation.
Pay MBBS interns what they deserve.

Most of us brothers and sisters don't know what to say during Salatul janaaza (Burial prayers)​: Here is how to pray Salatul Janaaza.

1- ​After the First Takbeer​: Recite Surat Al-Fatiha.

1. Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
2. Alhamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen
3. Ar-Rahmaanir-Raheem
4. Maaliki Yawmid-Deen
5. Iyyaaka na'budu wa lyyaaka nasta'een
6. Ihdinas-Siraatal-Mustaqeem
7. Siraatal-lazeena an'amta 'alaihim ghayril- maghdoobi 'alaihim wa lad-daaalleen

2- ​ After the Second Takbeer: Salat Al-Ibrahimiyya to the end.

​Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin, kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed. Allaahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin, kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed​.

3- ​ After the Third Takbeer: Pray for the dead but according to how it was narrated by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him). One of them is:

Allaahum-maghfir lihayyinaa, wa mayyitinaa, wa shaahidinaa, wa ghaa'ibinaa, wa sagheerinaa wa kabeerinaa, wa thakarinaa wa 'unthaanaa. Allaahumma man 'ahyaytahu minnaa fa'ahyihi 'alal-'Islaami, wa man tawaffaytahu minnaa fatawaffahu 'alal-'eemaani, Allaahumma laa tahrimnaa 'ajrahu wa laa tudhillanaa ba'dahu​.

O Allaah! Forgive our living and our dead, those who are with us and those who are absent, our young and our old, our menfolk and our womenfolk. *O Allaah*, whomever you give life from among us give him life in Islam, and whomever you take away from us take him away in Faith. *O Allaah*, do not forbid us their reward and do not send us astray after them.

4- Then lastly after the Fourth Takbeer​: And you should pray for all Muslims.

5- And lastly end the prayer with one Salaam to the right (Just once).

May Allāh (Sub-haanahu wata'aala) forgive our sins, forgive our dead ones and grant us Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen
