FEATURED ALBUM:Más allá de las palabras"
Artist: Urubamba
https://t.co/qQn3bk9Vuf
"Más allá de las palabras" is the new album from Urubamba, a group with deep Andean roots and a long history shaped by the vision of Jorge Milchberg. From the first moments, the music offers a soft and dreamy atmosphere that is easy to settle into. The sound is clear, every instrument sits naturally in the mix, and the voices have a warm, velvety quality. Some tracks feel as if they carry you toward mountains and open landscapes, creating a calm space that is pleasant to return to again and again.

Most of the pieces were recorded live, giving the album a sense of closeness between the musicians and the listener. You can hear how carefully the arrangements are shaped, and how the group shares the music as a single unit. The vocal harmonies are beautifully crafted - especially in the third track, “Abra la Puerta.” The final piece has an almost hypnotic feel and brings the album to a gentle, satisfying close.

Urubamba continues the path started by Los Incas, known worldwide for their interpretation of El Condor Pasa with Simon & Garfunkel. Under the artistic direction of Olivier Milchberg, the group keeps traditional instruments at the center while allowing the music to grow in its own way. After years of rehearsals, concerts, and studio work, this new release carries forward a living tradition with care and respect.

Más allá de las palabras is an album that invites you to listen closely and enjoy a sound that is both familiar and fresh.

Last video of the year! I was recording some new ideas, but it ended up in a completely different direction... My Kaval is getting jazzy popy 🤪
