Why are people taking Lestat's: 'Nicki was my first love, not a great love' at face value?! He literally wrote a song saying the opposite: 'Oh, I could sleep for a hundred years/But some wounds never heal'. Lestat tells whatever story he wants to in the moment, and it changes
