The week is almost over for me, I have tomorrow off to get domestic things done, like moving the large pile of firewood thats been sitting on the front lawn for a week now. ;-) #ThingsWeHaveToDo.
Another lovely day in paradise! now what am I going to do with my day? well, I'll wait for lunch first, I've made bread today, after that we're all good for a sunny Saturday arvo!!!
I'm in one of those meetings, with dozens of people, the kind that really don't work for introverts, there is a woman who starts the meeting saying that we need to be nice and supportive and nothing is wrong blah, the first time I open my mouth she broke all of her own rules.
The left are a bunch of massive hypocrites. They can't stand it when people don't like Jacinda. We don't have to love her, we don't have to agree with her, and we most certainly don't have think she saved our lives with covid.
Dear @NZMCAinc, I know that you're trying hard to protect the environment and the members access through the self containment process. I would like to point out that the exception request textbox with a limit of 200 characters is marginally more than a tweet and inadequate.
I'm pleased it's Friday, and home time is just coming into sight now... all i need now is for the wet weather to bugger off and the weekend is on like donkey kong!
NZ is slowly heading towards ruin, passing laws or regulations to manage the lowest possible denominator is getting out of control. ONE person can't read the label on paracetamol and all of sudden the rest of society has to be treated like 3 year olds. https://t.co/bdj9YtWPmJ
I have a MSc and a PhD in Health Psychology and have researched well-being for more than 15 years. Every time I see a tokenistic message telling people to engage in mindfulness as a tool to manage stress produced by preventable inequities I feel an effervescent rage.
NZ misses out on hosting SANZAAR rugby this year because Jacinda is fiddling with micro details. The power to control everything has gone to her head. Well done on being inept, and nice try blaming Sanzaar, they have more credibility than the entire Labour party put together.
Listening to the PM tell us about covid levels, given how long it's taken to get to the point by this so called "communicator" might suggest that there is an election coming....
I see Polly Gillespie is taking a beating from the lefties who can't stand anyone raising any issues about Jacinda. I've been saying the same things, I'm sick of being patronised and told what to feel by the Prime Minister, and I am certainly not in her team of 5 million.
I think if the PM was serious about a consensus approach to Covid19 she would have invited opposition parties to be involved in the government management of the response. Her demands that people be nice and that the opposition to support an NZ response is hypocritical.
I'm sick of being told to"be nice" by a bunch of bloody patronising lefties. Shut up, I'm completely sick of lefties... (And righties too for that matter but for different reasons) I opt out of Jacindas team of 5 million. Now she has a team of 4,999,999, and not me.
Jacinda wants the opposition to support her in some mythical love Jacinda moment, but wont invite the leader of the opposition into cabinet to discuss Covid19 response. I guess that makes her a massive hypocrite who doesn't know what opposition means.
