For me, that was the huge game changer. Giving myself permission to do it in whatever way worked for me. Following the same few sentences helped.
I also didn’t know I had ADHD then.

@heymrsbond I went to a training and saved the paper from it for years. I wasn’t successful at developing it as a habit but I felt like I learned how to do it!
I actually recorded a voice memo of myself reading the guide and played that back so I could close my eyes.
