Official account raising funds for M.U.S.T - The Manchester United Supporters Trust - @MU_ST with MUFC signed shirts, memorabilia & exclusive merchandise #MUFC
All @ManUtd match-going Reds need to read this. Many will know my brother Harry. Has worked his socks off for fans for decades. I won my appeal, but the tone in the response painted a clear picture of the future. I stood with him and returned my Platinum #SeasonTicket too. 🔴⚪️⚫️
@MU_ST Whilst not caught up in this current embarrasing treatment of genuine fans by the Club, I once Loved, I received incredible support from MUST and ISLO, when faced with similar sanctions and unjust treatment by the club
Well worth a listen: BBC Radio Manchester comprehensive coverage of the season tickets sanctions issue, including MUST for first 11 mins. Show starts 6 mins in on this link

We understand the mass sanctions email campaign is complete for Season Ticket holders at least.
Just sharing this info as we know there are STHs feeling anxious.

Judging by this article

it appears the issue is the limits are only applied per package. We need to replace per-package limits with league-wide aggregate caps on evening selections per club, enforced centrally by the PL at the point of fixture selection.
Recently, we saw the £30 away ticket cap extended for another 2 years. I’ll admit that surprised me, especially given it was only extended by 1 year last time, whereas previous extensions had typically been for 3 years.
I wanted to put the £30 cap in perspective by showing what it has meant for any #PremierLeague club over the years in terms of savings for the away match-going supporter.
Some of the historical details may not be exact, and I’m happy for anyone with records from the time to sense-check, but I’m fairly confident that in the 2015/16 season, an away ticket at Arsenal was priced at £64. That included a £5 discount (a previous benefit required for away supporters). If the cap hadn’t been introduced, and using average increases as a guide, for example, tickets at Tottenham Hotspur rising from £47 in 12/13 to £54 in 15/16, would now be circa £81, Arsenal away tickets could now be somewhere around £96. At the other end of the scale, Watford was among the cheapest at £31, but could now be £47.
Based on those assumptions, the potential savings for travelling support over the past decade could look something like this:
16/17: £818,015
17/18: £1,006,719
18/19: £1,238,955
19/20: £1,524,765 (partial COVID impact)
20/21: £1,876,506 (COVID-affected)
21/22: £2,309,389
22/23: £2,842,132
23/24: £3,497,772
24/25: £4,304,658
25/26: £5,297,681
That’s just under £22.5 million in potential savings for travelling supporters over that period (with roughly £2.5 million removed to account for around 18 months of COVID disruption).
So, to everyone involved in securing the £30 away cap, including @WeAreTheFSA@MU_ST, and others, it’s genuinely one of the most impactful wins for match-going fans in recent years.
Note: Probably best not to show this to Jim Ratcliffe.
Our MUST rep raised this issue both at a meeting with the Premier League as well as through our own Fans Forum. What we asked for was a limit to the number of times any club can be selected for such antisocial KO time slots and for this to be addressed in the next broadcast deal
