@ETSU_Buckeye Plus coach Shay has been at UT. Jans at Wichita state. Both are good programs in good conferences but I guess my bias leans towards Shay. I think your boom bust is so much lower with Shay. Lower celling but higher floor. Y'all can win 26-29 games next year

@ETSU_Buckeye How long has coach Shay been a coach? What experience does he have? That should tell you what he knows. If you watched a single ETSU game you see that whiteboard. I love both university's but feel ETSU will be successful longer with Shay.

@ETSU_Buckeye Why mess with the formula. 2 of 5 in socon championships. Coach Shay loves this program and wants the job. That's as much as important as the skill. Coach Forbes wanted to be the coach at ETSU. If you loved Forbes as much as you say then you trust his opinion on shay. Winner!!!

@ETSU_Buckeye Chris Jans is a great coach. But I feel he will leave soon from ETSU. You want some steady production and results you hire someone who knows what 130 wins looks like. Coach Shay gives you 2-3 Socon championships while Jans wouldn't be here more than 1-2 years with 30 wins.
