@TeamYouTube @SpectrumTinted @TeamYouTube As a company which uses YouTube myself, I am incredibly alarmed that this genuine creator channel @spectrumtinted was terminated without giving a reason. Can you please give us a *non-automated* response as to how to appeal this decision which is clearly in error?

@drkninja2k5 Usually about 4 weeks - but it depends on the damage. A fault on the 5V line could be almost anything so may take longer!

@chrisatyeart That Beeb was *unbelievably* awkward to diagnose. I was so happy when the errant chip finally showed itself so I could fix it properly! Do let me know if it goes kablooie again though.

@clairezxclaire @fuzzweed @ZXDunny @futurewas8bit @ZxSpectROM I think we tried that once and it didn't work, from memory. Your mileage may vary, of course, but I suspect you may find the same. DivMMCs don't tend to play nicely with others, in general.

@RMCRetro @BillConiglio @ManiaSega @MarkFixesStuff I'm not really doing the more complex console repairs at the moment, but I may at least have advice? What's the symptoms? I once had one with a failed resistor array in the connecting block between the MegaCD and the Megadrive. Caused havoc!

@JayBent79518573 Yes, we do still do them. It costs £69.99 + return postage + any major parts needed (e. g. the more expensive chips). That includes a full recap of the mainboard, PSU and floppy, and a year's warranty.

Finally reassembled my #C64 and #C64c after the boards were recapped and main chips heat-sinked by the *fantastic* @MutantCatpillar! My A1200 board and Apollo 1230 will be winging their way for recapping soon!
