If the terrorism charge has been dropped, then what was the original basis for the search warrant? Because under Kenyan law, a search warrant must be based on sworn evidence showing probable cause. The police must have convinced a judge that there was reason to believe Boniface Mwangi was involved in terrorism or possessed items connected to such crimes.

So what exactly did they present to the judge?

What intelligence?

What suspicion?

What link to any offence?

You can’t claim “terrorism” to get into someone’s house, seize their property, traumatize their family, then later casually walk it back and say, “Oh, it’s now about ammunition.”

That’s abuse of judicial process, perjury if false evidence was sworn, and state harassment, plain and simple. The courts should demand full disclosure of what was presented to secure the warrant and heads should roll if it was dishonest

Even though officer Nelson Koech has testified that there are no records showing that Brian Odhiambo was arrested,

Officer Hassan Salado, who is a data analyst, has testified that phone data analysis on Brian Odhiambo's phone, shows that Brian and four KWS officers among the six accused, were in the same location on the day Brian Odhiambo disappeared.

We want Brian and we don't want stories.

i once worked as a live-in nanny for 3 small kids in hawaii. the parents were burnt out and didn’t really like parenting. they had 2 nannies covering 7am-8pm 7 days a week. the dad worked a few hours a day and the mom didn’t work.

years later i saw the dad had started a blog about parenting and financial independence. in the blog he said that self-employment was important to him bc it allowed him to spend all of his time with his kids. he said that in over a decade of parenting, he’d never so much as hired a babysitter for his kids.

anyway, there’s a good chance ppl trying to sell you some lifestyle thing are lying thru their teeth.
