@RockstarSupport I tried to remove the add ins so it was just the base game and no luck crashes at the same place. I just did a clean install yesterday

@RockstarSupport just installed RDR2 and trying to start a new game and it consistently crashes when Arther and Dutch are riding together in the snow. Any work arounds?

@RockstarSupport I have an existing save that is loaded and then select New Game from the pause menu. It actually crashes the Xbox One X in that I have to restart my Xbox.
