Dear @narendramodi, @AmitShah, @DrSJaishankar, @rajnathsingh ji while you decide on the fitting response for #PahalgamTerrroristAttack, why don't you evaluate & consider revisiting Sindhu Water Treaty? If they attack innocent tourists,shouldn't they pay the price for it?

BBMP issued prov khata after 55 days, which is of no use for prop sale.If they mean 60 days frm prov khata issuance, it's absurd Tughalakhi logic.@DKShivakumar @krishnabgowda sir should public react in BBMP election?

@wheeliej @pradgaik @BBMPCOMM No idea,for existing ekhatas this is done by uploading EC. For new khatas-though I can search provisional khata on eAasti,upload EC option not available & no ARO login to approve our application where we have already entered EC details,same old story. Have to just wait & wait!

@pradgaik @wheeliej @BBMPCOMM Same here, I think non-transactional ekhata will still go through ARO review before final transactable ekhata is issued which is mentioned in endorsement, do we need to wait 60 more days ? Not fair, for me it is already 2 months since I applied!

For new ekhata system my ARO says that he doesn't even have login to approve though BBMP released the portal to public on 14th Jan!

@pradgaik @wheeliej Thanks @pradgaik, I did check few & surprised on how they are approved, but still I am not sure if new khata system is working & how to get ARO approval ! I am tired of sending emails & tweeting to BBMP officials who even ignore direction from @BBMPCOMM

@BBMPofficial Heights of beurocracy: @BBMPCOMM sends an email to JC twice to act immediately on an ekhata application,no action or courtesy reply even after a week. Munish Sir, within such a system achieving this level of efficiency & transparency is great, but why mum on new khata pendency?

*ARO's have no logins to approve & pendency is more than 2 months
*Committed time in endorsement kept changing frm 7 to 15 to 60 days
*Can't find ekhata though per endorsement it is created

@BBMPofficial Appreciate daily 9-9.30am meeting with 64 AROs. @BBMPCOMM,@BBMPAdmn do you also review new khatas pendency,
* if yes why pendency is more than 2 mnths
*If no, why step-motherly treatment with new khata applicants,who are also your honest tax payers.

@BBMPofficial Honestly, tell me @BBMPCOMM,@BBMPAdmn to whom this tweet is targeted to: Public or Bosses.
With right spirit let's assume it is to encourage public to apply ekhatas & avoid bribing, then why ARO's not approving already applied new khatas, FYI pendency is more than 2 months !
