👉 Sophie Cunningham Makes Surprise Appearance UFC 329👇
Cunningham was one of the many celebrities that attended the event, and UFC CEO Dana White revealed that the WNBA star’s role on the UFC 329 broadcast was an impromptu decision.
”(We decided) eight minutes before she did it,” Dana White revealed at the UFC 329 post-fight press conference. “I love Sophie Cunningham. We’ve created a relationship. She was here tonight, and when she walked in, she goes ‘Oh, I want to walk around that.’ I said ‘Then you’re going to walk around it!’
“Yeah, she’s fun,” White said.

Vance on JRE: Reaction to Hokit’s Michelle Obama comment at White House UFC ‘totally disproportionate’
Speaking on “The Joe Rogan Experience” Vice President JD Vance said that the backlash to Josh Hokit’s remark about former first lady Michelle Obama at UFC Freedom 250 was “totally disproportionate” to the comment itself.
Vance said people had similarly overreacted to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s “Puerto Rico” joke at a Trump rally in 2024. “I’m like, ‘He told a joke,’ and the person’s response is, ‘Well, it’s not a very funny joke.’ And my response to that is, ‘You know, what happens when somebody tells me a joke that’s not funny? I don’t laugh, and then I move on with my life.’ This whole industry around outrage, especially getting outraged around humor, I think is actually really hurting the country.”
Earlier in the interview, Rogan asked whether Vance would host a UFC event at the White House if he were ever elected president. Vance responded, saying, “I don’t know, man.”
